This game has a lousy EV of 91.3%. Even if you hit a quad to put
you in the 4000 credit bonus mode, since a quad comes up about once
every
400 hands or so, you would have to be very lucky to hit another
one in the next ten hands. (I think it's ten?) It's a tough nut to
crack.
The strategy is mostly going after the straight flush in the
regular mode and dropping two pairs and full houses to go for a quad
in the bonus mode. It can be an exciting game when you get the four
of a kind, but the longer you play, the more the bad pay back
percentage takes affect. Risk a small amount ($20 or $40) just for
the hell of it, but no more.

PS: I'll be staying overnight at Windsor Casino on November 11. They
offered me a free room plus a $25 food comp. I'll probably play
dollar Pick'Em because that is about all they have over there.

Do you have a host you could recommend for Windsor? I am planning a
trip for December.

I don't know any hosts there. The free room and comp offer came in
the mail for all the previous gambling that I've done there. The room
I accepted by phone, but the food or cash back comps have to be
activated in their kiosks at the casino.
The casino is nice, but when they changed the pay scales on the
quarter and fifty-cent Pick'Em, I quit going. I had a guy who worked
there tell me that they changed them just to see what would happen,
and when there was no difference in the amount of play on those
machines, they made it permanent.
We are going mainly to see Max Pellecano, the "Elvis"
impersonator, in their Showtime Lounge. He's a lot of fun to watch.
