Well, it certainly isn't a major play. If you want to something to try and play at Rio - which, "gasp", I'm sure some feel that playing there is important - then this was indeed a minor play. It's tru;y crappy now - not even close top minor.
Anyway, I thought I'd do my patriotic duty and report in case someone had their sights set on this machine bank. I personally don't give a fat rats ass if people play it or not.

I would consider it a complete no-play. A 'minor play', IMO, would
fall in the range of breakeven to about $25/hr in EV.

Hey folks, isn't this exactly what's supposed to be reported on
vpFREE?
Even if the games aren't full-pay and/or 100%, the best games available
in each casino are worth knowing about (and when they come down).
Given a specific set of circumstances Quarter 9/5 JOB might be worth
playing. One quick example, if you're a low-roller and have Harrah's
freeplay to use. It's better than playing 6/5 BP!
