Here are some up dates to the Red Rock and GVR VP inventory:
*_Red Rock:_*
No more .25 or 1.00 8/5 Bonus Progressives at the Sports Book
Bar. All machines at this bar are replaced with the newest multi
game/ multi denomination/ multi genre (slots, keno, vp, etc.)
machines. Bonus Poker now has 6/5 pay table on these machines!
1.00 8/5 Bonus progressive at the Cabo Bar (Mexican Restaurant)
appears to be gone.
.25 Bonus progressives at the Roxx, Center (Drop?) and Cabo bars
seem to be intact for the moment. I fear their demise when they
replace these aging machines.
Points seem to be accruing at the normal $1=1 point formula on
all of these progressives.
Located 3/5 Play 9/6 DDB machines. There are quite a few of them
on the floor, but are only in the machines that start with the
.25 denomination (also 1.00 and 2.00) on the face plate. The ones
that start with .05 do not have the 9/6 pay tables.
The graphics for the Optimum Machines located by the Terra Rossa
restaurant and the Optimum Bank between the Buffet and Roxx
lounge have been greatly improved (volume control on the main
menu, speed is set to fast, cards are smaller and easier to read
for long periods of time) . The Optimums by the Movie theater are
still in the older graphics but are quite fast. Triple Deuces
machines by the Buffet have also improved their graphics.
_*Green Valley Ranch:
*_5/8 Bonus Poker progressives (.25 and possibly 1.00) at the
Sports Book Bar, Drop Bar, and the White marble bar across from
China Spice/Sushi Sake all accrue points at the normal rate
1.00=1 point not 4.00=1 point as noted in the data base.
Found lots of 8/5 Bonus .25 (and .50 and 1.00) in 3/5 Play all
over the casino floor. Also one bank of 10 play 8/5 Bonus Poker
at the .25 level next to the Cafe.
Found 1 more ( and possibly more) Multi Strike 8/5 Bonus Poker
Poker (at .25 level ) slant top right next to the slant top
Optimum machines near the 215 parking entrance/Coffee Beanery
food court area. Slightly annoying breeze when the auto doors
open but warmer ( in the summer) than all other areas of the GVR
casino.
New circular bank of Triple Deuces .25 machines in front of
Hank's Steakhouse all earn points at full value (1.00=1 point). 2
circular banks of .05 Triple Deuces are also available on the
opposite side of the Drop bar from the .25 Triple Deuces
machines, near the Cashier's cage.
