Chantix. It works.
I was a long time smoker. And I've quit for long periods in the past.
I've always quit cold turkey. Cold turkey is sheer hell for about a
week. With Chantix, I quit with almost no withdrawal symptoms. It was
very easy to quit with Chantix.
I'm now smoke free and Chantix free. Take it from me, if you're a
smoker, Chantix is well worth the cost (if your insurance doesn't cover
it). Yes, there are some minor side effects like very vivid dreams (is
that a side effect? I thought they were kinda cool) and some mild
nausea. The nausea was very mild for me and I was able to alleviate it
by eating before taking the medication.
