There have been changes at the three Casinos owned by Randy Black in
Mesquite, Nevada. Several (12) top management folks have now left the
company and Randy Black has now assumed the Head Manager's role.
Locals say when Randy first came to Mesquite and open the Virgin
River he was noted for good machines and free drinks with great
service. Again the locals have been waiting to see what Randy has
planned to do now. First things some changes have taken place in the
Video Poker inventory at the three establishments. Changes are as
follows.
Casa Blanca: There is a group of twelve machines out from the Players
Desk with a large sign on top identifying them as 100% payback.
On these marked machines
They have DDB at 10-6 Double Bonus at 10-7 9-6 JOB and NSUD's
One caution however the 100% payback is only at the 25 cent level. To
go up in domination causes the pay-table to change lower and are they
are no long playable. Example JOB @ 25 cent level 9-6 Changing to
Dollar level now only 8-5
However there are 9-6 JOB now at the bar-tops and also at the group
of machines facing the bandstand lower level. These are 9-6 at 25 cent,
50 cent and the Dollar level.

Across the isle from the main cage you will find two groups of six
VP machines with a large sign on top identifying them as 100% payback.

are marked with a big sign on top as 100% payback. On these marked

At All Three Randy Black's Tri-Property Casinos
It takes twenty dollars through the machines in Video Poker for one
point. Slots and silly games are ten dollars for a point. There are
double points Monday thru Thursdays and Triple Points on these days
from 6PM to 9PM.
Point values continue at 100 points equal $4.00 in food, golf, gift
shop etc. with no cash value. There is also mailed cash back based on
unknown dollar amounts played through the machines.
