[Fwd: non-VP related TV alert]

Yahoo! Group" <vpFREE@yahoogroups.com>

If your cable/satellite system carries BBC America and you enjoy a good
"who-done-it"/medical examiner series (with a limited amount of PG-13
steamy content :), you owe it to yourself to give the repeat broadcast
of "McCallum" a shot (previously aired a couple of years ago on Trio).

The series is intelligently written (in stark contrast to "Las Vegas")
and is spiced up by a degree of sexual intrigue (the relationship kind,
not the flashy cleavage-obsessed primitive TV sort) - in the guise of a
lead character who is "commitment challenged".

It won't be to everyone's taste by any means, but in catching the first
episode last night the material was fresh, despite being a repeat
viewing, and I was riveted to every detail (definitely not for the
attention deficit prone :).

It airs Mondays at 9pm (with repeats at 12m and 3a). Content Advisory:
John Hannah's - title character actor - Scottish accent can be an
occasional challenge and cause for repeat use of the VCR/Tivo rewind
button.
