The point cutback is for all LV MGM/Mirage properties. As someone else
posted earlier, and I confirmed.

So did the other MGM-Mirage casinos do the same? If not, there isn't
much of a reason to have to give 50% more coin-in for the same
benefits. The full-pay games at higher denoms found in MGM high limit
are in other sister properties if you check carefully.
