I am part of the USA Capital mess that you can read about almost daily in
the Review Journal. It came to be because Nevada's oversight failed and I have
consequently seen by the quality of the court system in this case that there
is simply no enforcement in this state and no one seems to care. That's
what I mean by not trusting Nevada to enforce legislation, especially if it can
be done only by Civil and not Criminal means. I think if that is the way the
law becomes enacted, then smoking will continue everywhere unchecked in
Nevada.
