No. It's been against New Jersey state law to smoke in non-gambling parts of casino's for the last 8 months. People still do all the time, at least when I'm there, and the smoke drift's out from the casino floor. The New Jeresy law does call for fines, but as far as I can tell, no one has ever been given a ticket.
