Definitely a new place. In fact, this casino is so new that it is not
even open yet. I think it is set to open sometime this week. It will
be the last new casino (ignoring possible future Native American
casinos) to open in Louisiana, unless state law is changed to allow
more than 15 water based casinos + Harrah's N.O. (not likely any time
soon). Supposed to be very upscale, with a fancy hotel, fancy golf
course, etc.
