Update on Isle in Lake Charles.
The VP machines are not on the 2nd floor as shown in the database, but
on the bottom floor of the big yellow boat. The VP area is under the
escalator. (Take the escalator down, make a 180, walk about 10 steps
and there it is). .All VP is gone from the smaller blue boat except for
some bartops, which are all shortpay.
There is a bank of 6-100 play, and 2-50 play nickel machines with 9/6
JOB, NSUD, 9/6 DDB(98.98%), TDB (1-1-2-4-7-9-50-5-0-80-160-400-400-800)
Since I don't play the game I'm not sure what these numbers mean, but I
just wrote them down from the screen. Short pay (98.94) Kings or better
Jokers with 4700 royal (1-1-2-3-5-7-17-50-100-200-940. There are some
other games, but I didn't write them all down. These machines are
located under the escalator.
A bank of 6-Super Times Pay machines against the left wall when you
walk into the VP area. They have 9/6 Jacks, 15/9 Illinois Dueces & 10/6
DB at the $ level. Everything shorter at .25 & .50. At the furthest end
of this bank is 1-spin poker machine with $-9/6 Jacks, NSUD. Machine is
short pay on everything at .25 & .50.
Against the opposite wall is a bank of 9-3/5 play machines that have
9/6 Jacks, NSUD, and 9/7 DB at the .25, .50 and $ level. Caution: At
least one of these machines is short pay.
There are a total of 46-slant tops on the floor in the center of the VP
area at various denominations of .25, .50 & $. I checked many of these
machines for Jacks and Dueces Wild. Thay were all shortpay, contrary to
what the database shows. I don't know about the other games that are
listed for these machines, although if I had to guess I would guess
that they have been downgraded also.
The 10-.25 uprights against the wall with various full pay games listed
in the database are gone.
The machines I played (100-plays) seemed well maintained and pretty
fast. I was getting 350-400 hph which I consider fast on 100-play.
