Actually it wasn't my posting about the time limit - I was appending my own
thoughts about health clubs. I wouldn't limit time unless it was a goodly
limit like four hours. All I would do is insist that when a seat became
available, someone from the list be seated, rather than a tag team match.

IMO, merely requiring that the machine go to the "next in line",
without any limitation upon the duration of current occupant's play,
creates too much scope for "tag team" play. If A and C are team
members, but B is "next in line" for a machine, A and C can make it
clear, to B, that A will continue to play until B becomes tired of
waiting and leaves.

Enforcement of a definite time limit would forestall such tactics.
