Sorry Karen, but I can't agree with you. If I take the time, trouble
and effort to ensure that I get a seat...such as get up at 5am...then
I am entitled to that seat for as long as I want. There can be signup
sheets for when players decide to voluntarily leave...but setting a
time limit...no way!!!
I'm not talking about team play...which should be discouraged or
simply not allowed by management.
The health club analogy doesn't work, as you're talking about 20 or
30 minute intervals on the treadmill...heck, after 20 minutes on a VP
machine, you're just getting settled in!
Don the Dentist...who used to get up at 4am to get on a $1 FPDW on
multipoints days.

Sorry, I can't agree with either one of you.
One is not being treated "unfairly" just because they can't have
something they want. Also, what incentive does a casino have to
discourage team play? From their perspective, a player is a player
is a player.
Don't team players pay a price for being members of a team? Don't
they agree to split the jackpot up if one of them hits it? So in
exchange for organizing and pooling their efforts, they get a
slightly higher chance of winning a much smaller prize, right?
Doesn't the non-team player just want the entire jackpot all to
themselves?
