I played $10,000 through at GC in November (like everyone, not
realizing the change in mailer levels). When our mailers came
for Jan., I received the very lowest mailer....2 $5's and a cash
grab. I thought maybe I had somehow played short or my points
were lost, so I went to the club and spoke with a supervisor,
Norma. After looking at my play (she showed me playing just over
$10,000) she said I had been sent the wrong mailer and that she
would change it to the correct mailer ($30/1 mystery/1cash grab).
She had no idea how that happened. The other interesting thing
is our mailers came addressed to our last name first and first
name last. Norma was perplexed by this...anyone else have this
happen? It really doesn't matter except it s a little strange on
the food coupons.
