(Fwd) Gold Coast Mailer-new criteria?

I received my GC mailer yesterday and was surprised to find that, even
with a consistent $60,000 through each month, I received $5/week on my
coupons, instead of the usual $50. I went to the club today to
inquire, thinking it was just a fluke (especially since I saw no
posting here of short mailers). I was told that they are using a new
criteria for their mailers now, but they don't know what it is yet.
They're having a meeting and will be able (hopefully) to fill us in
later. The poor boothling was beside herself, saying that many top
players have been in and complaining and she has no answers for them.
Ahhh....and so it goes!

same here...a 3 month avg should have given me my usual $20/week, but
got a whole $5 for the entire month...

My offers for Sept. are just the opposite. I usually get $5 per month a few times a month but I got $20 x 4 for September plus a bunch of free buffets and other dining.

So whatever they did, I love it :slight_smile:

Terri Whitlock, the new Slot Club Mgr at Gold Coast, informed me this evening, that mailers are now based on coin in during a 30 day period, and that the Sept mailer was based on July 15-August 15, which is why many of us received reduced mailers, and that October will be based on August 15-Sept 15. She is trying to get them to change to a calendar month basis

Terri, who is very courteous and helpful, has upgraded me to the mailer I had earned, under the "old system," for September, and indicated she will be happy to assist you also
