Edgewater drastically cut the comp rate this week ... from 0.7 to
approx 0.12 ... free slot play dropped also to a rate so low that I
haven't even been able to get enough points to estimate it.
I was wondering if something was up. My last mailer that talked about
the great slot club with 1.2% return (.2% cash, .7% comps and .3% free
play) was in August. Since then the theme seemed to be the new
machines, slot tournaments, weather etc. I noticed some time ago the
web page for the EW/CB made no mention of the "best slot club on the
river". No information anymore of the specific rates of the slot club.
