vpFREE Administrator,
I just got back from Las Vegas, and in reading some of the e-mails that
occurred while I was gone, I can confirm the following:
1. Bad news first. The NYNY Lobby Bar has indeed downgraded the $2/$5
9/6 JoB to 9/5. The Times Square Bar still has $2/$5 9/6 JoB, along
with the 22 $1/$2/$5 8/5 BP, and the high roller room still has the 2
$1 9/6 JoB that are full pay from 5-100 coins. I did not check out any
3, 5, or 10-play $1 machines or anything else above a $1.
2. More bad news, not that anywhere will care. I could not find any
9/6 Bdlx at the Luxor sportsbook bar.
3. Now some good news. Barbary Coast has indeed dramatically upped the
number of NSUD machines. I counted a total of 64 machines, and I
wouldn't have been surprised if I missed any. Someone will have to
confirm the exact number and the exact denomination, but here is what I
quickly observed:
Bank of 10 $0.25 MG/MD NSUD located between the lounge and the
restaurant elevator
Bank of 10 $0.25 MG/MD NSUD located in front of the
restaurant elevator
A bank of 6 and 8 MG/MD $0.25/$0.50/$1 NSUD located
near the main entrance
2 $0.25/$0.50/$1 NSUD located along the wall
facing Bally's.
Two banks of 10 $0.25/$0.50/$1 NSUD located near the
slot club, one on each side of the club.
A bank of 8 $0.25 MG/MD NSUD
located in front of the hotel elevator.
Again, I wouldn't be surprised if I missed anything or if I made a
slight mistake in what I reported above, but it is definitely a huge
improvement in the NSUD inventory. I did not see any 9/6 JoB
anywhere.
4. A just saw an e-mail about Bellagio being gutted. I'm assuming that
he is talking about $0.25 VP, but when I was at the sportsbook on
Sunday I saw the $1/$2 JoB there. I didn't look around at any of the
other VP machines at Bellagio.
