Colorado Belle now has only 8 FPVP. Machines were removed from all
banks in the area (both full and non-full pay banks) to make for a
wider aisle. (Unlike when Edgewater did this and moved the FPVP to a
new bank, Belle hasn't done this ... at least haven't found any
relocation so far).
