I was at CircusCircus yesterday and noted the
following:
MIA - (1) $1/$5 (3/5 Play) NSUD in the high limit area.
No surprize, considering the new 0.50 cash back. All
of the other NSUD and APDW were still there.
Also, the 3/5 play 9-6 jacks in Sluts a Fun are no longer - they have been replaced with an old bank of various poor games, but with a progressive meter for each of the 2 new banks. Best game I found was FP ACES BP - with a decent progressive.
Speaking of Aces and Eights in the Skyway casino - weren't there dollar games there once upon a time? Best now is 50 centers.
The cashback is a nice add on - but comps have been slashed to about .18%. If you take your cash in free play they double the amount - pretty good deal.
Oh yeah, the rooms really SUCK, still. But, if you like a bed that is hard as a rock with springs poking you all night this may work for you. (-; There are also several hundred kids RUNNING though the property every weekend. But on a positive note for those of you who like to stand in line - be prepared for 20 minutes for each time you need to see a boothniod in the Slot Club. Even if you just need a new card.
I wish they would quit sending me offers for free concerts so I wouldn't have to put up with the place...(-;

To the best of my knowledge CC has never had
dollar Aces and Eights anywhere. The bank that
you are referring to used to be a coin dropper
quarter bank (as were all Aces and eights
machines at CC). They upgraded them to TITO a
while back and made them quarter and 50 cent
denomination at that time.
