We haven't received ours yet either but I called to inquire as I had
put in a lot of play this year and was wondering what to expect in
free play as a result. My host said they delayed mailing them
because of Hot August Nights but that I indeed should be getting one
- she even told me what level - and she said that I should expect to
receive it by the end of the week.
