I will share what I know of the $AA history at Atlantis. I live on the
east coast and am a recreational player. AA is my favorite game
because it is the most fun game for me to play and I have been lucky at
it as well. I used to play DB on the two machines that have had the
AA. When I arrived for a visit on 7/10/03 both machines were down and
I was told they were adding new games to the menu. When the machines
went back up on 7/12 I discovered that AA had been added. I was
ecstatic because I had previously enjoyed playing AA at Foxwoods and
Caesars AC. The game was available on both machines during my visits
of Nov 03, Jan 04, and Mar 04. When I arrived on May 28, 04, it was
absent from the left machine and available on the right. Between 5/28
and 5/30, I asked slots techs if it could be added back to the left
machine. Finally, on 5/31 A very helpful tech named Arnold activated
the AA on the menu for me. I recommend him highly for customer
service. He works day shift. When he activated it though, he set up the
SF for a hand pay. So from that point on the right machine paid SF's
in credits while the left machine required a hand pay. When I visited
11/04 AA was absent from both machines. In late November I wrote the
owner (Mr. John Farahi) to praise the work my host had done for me. I
also requested return of AA. In mid-January my host called and told me
AA was being returned due to my letter. Shortly after I saw the
database update on vpfree. I don't know why it has since been removed,
but I will definitely ask about it. I am not a "high roller" as I
average about 15K coin in/day, and there actually was a month and a
half delay between my sending the letter and actually seeing the game
returned, so knowing my schedule of visits is really irrelevant to
presence of the AA.
