Please post my letter to Gary Loveman and the response from his
office. As you can see, she does not address AC properties.

Mr, Loveman,

My husband and I have each been 7* players for several years. One of
the benefits that we enjoy and were looking forward to seeing more
open at more locations was your 7* lounges. We were given the
impression over the last year that more lounges would be opening to
accommodate the increasing number of 7* players since the expansion of
properties.

We have recently been advised by our host that there has been an
executive decision by Brandy Ellis to close the 7* lounge in Caesars,
LV because "they want to make all the properties equal" If this is
true, then it is ridiculous. To make matters worse, we had just
heard a rumor that it was closing when we received our 7* welcome
package, where it mentions on at least 3 different pages our benefit
of the 7* lounge. So we refused to believe the rumor because here it
was in black and white! This is not good.

Last night we were talking to some friends that live near Atlantic
City and they said their hosts know nothing of their 7* lounge
closing. He said this would outrage their current 7* players. We
have not been to this lounge, but heard it is wonderful. Instead of
closing our lounge, why not improve it to be more like the one in AC.
If Harrahs AC is not closing, then how does that make all properties
"equal" and if it is closing, why do you want to cause your best
players to become "outraged."

We would like to see all Harrahs properties be more consistent in the
amenities they have, but not at the cost of taking away the ones we
play so much to earn and have enjoyed in the past.

Thank you for your letter regarding our Seven Star Lounge at Caesars
Palace. The Seven Star Lounge is closing to make way for an exciting
renovation and expansion of our Palace Court gaming area. This
renovation will include additional semi-private gaming rooms as well
as a dedicated dining room located inside the Palace Court casino.

Unfortunately with growth comes change, but we are ready to welcome
you to our beautiful Diamond Lounge, as well as to our Palace Court
Lounge. We look forward to hosting you at Caesars Palace soon, so that
you can enjoy the new facilities for yourself and appreciate how the
guest experience has only gotten better.

We value and appreciate your loyalty to both Caesars Palace and
Harrah's Entertainment, and hope you will be patient with us as we
continue to grow and enhance our property.

With the economic situation the way it currently is in this country, Caesar's Palace is no longer looking at the American gamblers. They are renovating their establishment to attract the Asian gamblers.
My wife and I saw this coming and started gambling elsewhere. Needless to say, we did not "earn" our Seven Stars status this year.
We are much happier and wealthier by not gambling at the Harrah's properties.
I believe the only thing they really have above a lot of the gaming establishments is their customer service.
Maybe it is time for others to look at the gaming prospects elsewhere?

Gene,

Don't listen to the lemmings. There is still hot food in the diamond
lounge. Just arrive earlier. Their hours match most executive
lounges at competing hotel chains worldwide...

One more thing Gene. Be nice. My water ski club is in Palm Beach.
Some of us would prefer water versus land in that area...

Where do you suggest looking and how are they treating you. What we like about HET is their availablity in all regions.

Asians are now building their own casinos...won't this cut into to the Asian gambling market here??
