FW: VP Pappy at Greektown

Greektown is not my favorite casino, but VP Pappy is correct in that it probably has the best video poker in the Detroit area. The bonus deuces are a little under 99% at reset so a $1500 royal is breakeven on the game. Watch some of the people playing there and you will see why Greektown makes money on the game.

VP Pappy, I wouldn't save my Greektown comps for a rainy day. Their comp policy changes about as often as the weather in Michigan. Those comps you are saving for a rainy day will probably be gone when you go back to use them. I'd advise you to use every nickel you can, every time you can. If you want a coupon for $5 bonus with 150 points earned, email me at greeklandjohnny@aol.com . Also , red Anthony Curtis' column in Strictly Slots this month. See if you can figure out the Detroit casino he is talking about.

   Johnny Z,

Even if Mr. Curtis didn't mention your name in the article, we
know who you are and you're our hero. I wouldn't have taken the time
to pursue the matter like you did. I would have just written it off
as another borderline, almost crimnal act by a casino and went along
my merry way.

and slight of hand."

I don't know why Greektown didn't get mentioned in the story as
the offending casino. Maybe some possible liable issues?

I do think think Mr. Curtis was brave in just speaking out on
this subject. Not too many in the industry who make their bread and
butter off casinos would. Anyway, I'll keep watching for another
episode of "AS THE CASINO TURNS."
