I am deeply saddened to hear the sad news about Skip. I was also one of
the original group of subscribers to vpmail. Twelve years. I had the
pleasure of meeting Skip and Marie. Skip is indeed a VP Hall of Famer with the
best of them. He made many valuable contributions to video poker and
published a very interesting and amazing newsletter for a number of years. The
SHG (Skip Hughes Group) had many amazing get togethers in Las Vegas with
SHGers gathering from all over the world. I met folks from Australia,
Germany, and many Canadians. He deloped some great strategy cards which I
still refer to today.
He will be missed by all whose lives he touched. Our prayers are with
