My February mailer from Gold Coast was only a $10 coupon despite
$10K in December play. Did anyone else have a reduction? My guess is
that it is due to a computer problem. In December the new machines in
high limits were not registering points correctly when I played. (ie
single instead of double) They did a manual adjustment to double my
points but I am guessing my coin-in was in error also.

Yeah, same for me.....but my spouse got the expected $25 coupon. Maybe some
machines were accurately recording points and some were not.

We didn't get a mailer in January or February. When I questioned them why, I have been put on the "No Mail" list. I was afraid the Orleans blacklist would go over to Gold Coast when they combined cards. But we'll live. I do miss the free ice cream coupons - but we bit the bullet Sunday and paid real money for my passion - sugar-free butter pecan ice cream at the Gold Coast ice cream shop!!!
