I stop the annoying sound by hitting the max-bet button. It stops the sound, but doesn't deal the next hand. This way it stops others from knowing that I hit it big. If I get a royal, I hit the max-bet button, stopping the sound and at the same time cediting all I earned. Then I immediatly press the cashout button, so the credits are in my pocket, not on the screen.
