FW: Multi-Strike DB Deuces

Thank You! This is exactly what I needed to know. I play Multi-Strike at
the Majestic Star in Gary IN which has the games mentioned. (This house has
four 25c games, one 50c game and one $1 game.) I hope they add the new game
when it becomes available. This house also has your Cash King Checkers game
which I enjoy but the 98% paytable is on five games and the 97% paytable on
the other two. Trump and Harrah's in the same area also have Multi-Strike
with awful pay tables.

Howard-

You are very observant and this is not a mistake.

There is at least one jurisdiction where the highest allowed return
is 99.9% (I don't remember which one). In the original Multi-Strike
Poker game the Double Bonus Deuces uses the following Free Ride
Values:

8.40%
8.10%
8.10%

This results in an optimal return of 99.96%.

A casino in this jurisdiction is not able to offer this great
paytable because of the last .07%

In 5-Play Multi-Strike (and future versions of Multi-Strike) we have
modified the Free Ride Values for this paytable to the following
values:

8.44%
8.05%
7.85%

This results in an optimal return of 99.89%

If you are concerned about this difference you can always check the
Free Ride values for any paytable by pressing "See Pays" then "Next"
on the game.

This was the only change near the 99.9% line (we should have changed
NSU Deuces to the same level but apparently we missed it :(). There
were a few paytables that were slightly lowered at the 99.0% line and
the 98.0% line for the same reason for other jurisdictions. Our hope
in doing this is to allow these better paytables to be offered rather
than to force the location to go down a full percentage point. You
can always be comfortable that the optimal return on Multi-Strike is
higher than the optimal return for the same paytable in a one line
game. In these cases however we pushed it a little to high for the
general good.

As with the other paytables, the 6-4-2 (30-20-10) trick will provide
accurate strategies for the 3 levels.

wrong? If yes, how much does this affect the 30-20-10 rule?

Multi-Strike has this game and NSUD. If the 99.894% number is
correct, then NSUD is better on this game. Also 3/5 play 8-5-60 Super
Aces is a slightly better game.
