It happened to me sometime ago. They said "They quota for your market has been reached" I said I thought these offers were specific to my play "Loyalty". They said "No we have the right to end any offers at anytime and for any reason". Just call a host. I got a suite for the "loyalty".

All the offers I have had from Harrah's in Las Vegas for the month of
June have disappeared. I have offers from other properties across the
country, but all the Vegas offers are gone!
