Mohegan (both CT & PA) also always ask for ss# and yes this is info I would rather not have to disclose and have written down in a casino setting.
Besides asking for your ss# Mohegan has the most inefficient hand pay system I have come across. Always ask for license and manually write down just about everything on it. With a slow slot attendant it takes forever. If you get a second hand pay, even within minutes, same routine all over again. The only improvement they made about a year ago is on request they will reset machine so you can continue playing while waiting to get paid.
