FW: Greektown One becomes Greektown None

Congratulations on getting at least some satisfaction. Obviously like
everyone else here, I believe you were treated ridiculously bad and
Greektown deserves any and all bad publicity.

Got a call from Greektown Executive Host Ryan Bufalini today. He said

that Greektown send a letter to me last May and that it was never answered.
I never received a letter. Their explanation was that once I was barred,
my account was wiped out so they didn't have my new address. A couple
problems with this. One, if my account was deleted, how did they have an
old address? Two, my wife plays there and they have an address for her.
And a phone number.

Anyway, Ryan said my account will be restored and another re instatement

letter will be sent. More importantly they are going to restore $1600 to
my comp account. I don't know if that is the correct amount or not. I
think the amount I had in May 2002 was about $4000 and then they did some
re calculating on everyone that basically lopped it in half. I spend some
so $1600 might be right. Interesting that my account was deleted but they
still knew how much was in my comp account 3.5 years later.

There are some holes in the Greektown story but I think they really want

to put that chapter behind them. I'll bet I could openly count cards
because I don't think they would run me out again.

Not sure how much I will play there. I might give the poker room a shot.

Guess my fifteen minutes has run out.

John, congratulations. I predicted in private e-mail last week to John
that he wouldn't get back in for a very long time, if ever.
