FW and MS Updates

Are the 50 cent BP machines still there in the Hall of Lost Tribes?

I just saw that MS purged all my Momentum Dollars [over $3K], even though I was there playing 5 times in a 12-month period.

I called them up and they said the Momentum Dollars were purged in Feb 2019, and they had no explanation. The rep said I have to go to a Players Club stand with ID, in person only, to get the Dollars back.

What is that about? I never had this problem before, and I do go several times a year, although I refuse to play short-pay games, so I’m not adding Dollars, but I am showing “activity”.

I just checked and my Momentum Dollars are gone too! The policy used to be that you had to show up once a year in order not to lose the Momentum Dollars. Since they started giving no points for the full pay machines, I only go once a year to play and use some Momentum Dollars so I don’t lose them. My year is up in May so I planned to go in April. They should have let us know if they were changing the policy!

My wife and I go to Mohegan once a month. Just checked my comps and all fine. My wife last played on her card November 30, 2018 and her comps are also OK. Will stop by card desk and find out what actual policy is on next trip which is a week from now. If policy is not posted my the time I return I’ll post what I find out.

Thank you! I would appreciate that.

Checked at card booth and was told the policy is still one year without play before comps are removed. Also indicated that a warning letter is sent approximately one month before dollars are removed.

Sounds like maybe a system problem that some comp accounts were purged not in accordance with policy. If so doesn’t seem like an actual on site visit should be required to correct their error.

Sounds good. Thank you for checking! Maybe I’ll just send an email and request a correction.

I was up at MS on 5/10 and talked to the somewhat fluent in English desk person regarding my purged Momentum dollars. I was told that they showed no play from me on my card since 2017!! Gee, I wonder how my profit/loss statement showed this if I didn’t use my card:

MOHEGANS SUN CASINO PATRON WIN/LOSS STATEMENT
<------------------------------------------------Win/Loss------------------------------------------------------>
YEAR MONTH SLOT TABLE RACEBOOK KENO TOTAL
2018 February -115.00 0.00 0.00 0.00 -115.00

        • End Of Report * * * *

Seems like more than 1 play session/year methinks.

They did credit my Momentum Dollars account for $500…someone told me that after that, the rest of the $2.7K will show up…

I had a similar issue. When I contacted MS Customer Relations about my purged points, I was told they showed no record of my play there since 2017. I remembered the approximate date of my visit there in 2018 and checked my old emails. Fortunately I found a customer survey that they emailed me concerning my visit on May 17, 2018! I forwarded copy of that to them and they apologized for the error and will be restoring my points.

Sounds like they’ve got some kind of technical issues going on. I guess we need to make sure we keep some receipts from our visits as proof if needed going forward.

No offense meant…However let me try to understand this…You’re getting momentum dollars because you’re playing under 98% games ??

Definitely NOT. I still have points (Momentum Dollars) left from the good old days when we earned points on the full pay machines. Since the switch, I go to MS once a year and play only the full pay machines in order not to lose my remaining points. I use some points for a nice meal and then hit the road again.

Same here. I had my Momentum Dollars from “the good old days”, and I’m STILL trying to get them restored.

I just sent them an email with a scan of my win/loss statement as proof of my play.
