The color charts are designed to fit a page. Therefore a long chart has smaller cells than a short chart.
A possible solution is for you to open the chart in an "rtf" editor. WordPad is one of these (comes with Windows), so most should have this. While you won't get the colored blocks, you will get colored text, and you can change these colors and the font in the editor if you don't like the way they print out.

I've beeen toying with the idea of playing Multistrike recently and
tried to print out customized strategy charts with graphics in small
cell. It just prints out big, but I have gotten small cell to print
with the standard paytables listed on FVP. Is this SOP for this
software? Can others print a customized small cell strategy chart or
is my printer not playing nicely with my computer? Yes, I know I can
paste it into a wp, but I think the graphics make the chart more
