Further Web site Information

It is always sad when a business relationship that was also a good
friendship is dissolved. It is even sadder when the situation gets messy.

I am no longer in a partnership with Jim Wolf. This was not my choice, by
any means, but I had hoped it could have a fair and friendly ending.
However, this is not to be. I have been refused my trademark domain
(although I imagine Internet arbitration will give it to me eventually) and,
therefore, I must notify everyone that I am not connected anymore with that
Web site or any products offered on it.

I will let you know when I have a new Web site up. In the meantime, the FVP
software, which goes with the new FVP book, and my other products can still
be ordered at the Web site given below. The FVP software will be
available to buy from many Internet sellers as long as this first edition of
the book is available since it will help you to apply the information in the
book quicker.

Brad and I are trying to cut down on our responsibilities (if not actually
retire!) so we will enjoy getting out of the order-taking and shipping
business. But I want to thank the thousands of you that have done business
with our Web site the last four years. It was a pleasure serving you!

Jean $ott - "FRUGAL VIDEO POKER"
This new book (autographed) and other
frugal products are now available at
   http://GamblingCatalog.com/.

Two things worthy of note:

1) There does not appear to be a federal trademark registered or
pending in either of the names, "frugal gambler" or frugalgambler (or
similar combinations of "queen of comps." That will make any ICANN
appeal more difficult, even should you apply now for a registered
trademark (allowing you to use the circle R mark "®" (often in
superscript) as opposed to the superscript TM).

2) If the domain is being literally shut down, it will expire, and
thus be available for acquisition: Mon Jan 08 23:59:59 GMT 2007

Cheers,
Bruce

[Note: This is not legal advice but is worth every penny you paid for
it, or, perhaps, less.]
