Furious at Casino Royale

I know we are all video poker players but a couple of days ago I
went to Casino Royale to get their funbook which has a great coupon
for $25 cash when you get 4 of a kind on select games but I am
furious at them for their "50 free slot play" coupon. I got the
coupon went with a group of people who went to the person who was in
charge who gave the instructions to the group on which promotional
machines they had to play and that only a jackpot win would count.

I sat down on their machine which was a multidemonation game and
started to play on my 2nd spin I got 3 sevens which payed 980 dollars
on max credits for that spin, I asked the new person in charge (the
one who gave us the quick and short instructions had went home) about
cashing out this win and they said it was not a jackpot which
prompted me to ask why not? He then said a jackpot must be over
$4,000 dollars to which I responded it would have been nice if the
person giving the instructions would have told us that because I
would have changed your machine from $1 level to $5 level. If my
machine was at that level my spin would have been a jackpot. The
supervisors only response was yes it can be confusing (not if you
define a jackpot as over $4,000). So I wasted my time playing at the
5 dollar level hoping lightning might strike twice which it did not
and as I was playing a new couple sat down and I told them my story
and told them to change their level of play to the 5 dollar
denomination. They called the same attendant over to ask for help
changing the denomination to which he replied "you know if you play
at that level your $50 will go awfully fast". This is disgusting
dirty pool in my book.

My basic point besides venting is if anyone is going to do this
promotion make sure your machine is set at the 5 dollar level.

Is this the Casino Royale owned by the Elardi family that took away the pensions of the Frontier Casino workers that led to the longest strike in US History?
