slot club card inserted/max coins bet. The payoff is "A roll of like
coin...up to $100".
So, do casinos actually sell rolls of dollar and five dollar tokens?
I have only fed bills into dollar machines and racked up the results
in $100 trays for redemption.
I assume 20 tokens/roll.
