Full Pay Deuces Wild (FPDW)

Boy it sure has been in the news. Points to ponder and inquiries:

1) The FPDW still exists at BC? But why can't a guy get a can or
bottle of beer? A 9oz highball glass of Bud must diminish this play
somehow.

2) MSS, has anyone figured out if 3 slant-tops actually exist with
the FPDW?

3) Do you like the large screen format playing dueces? It slows me
down looking at those huge cards at the Fiesta.

4) Has anyone made it down to the Riverside lately to give homage to
the last $1 FPDW machine on Mother Earth?

Boy, some people just have to have everything!

SShhhhhh...that machine doesn't exist.
