I like the way the iguana group that I am a member of deals with
moderation. They only fully moderate new members until the
moderators decide that they can trust the person. If a person
betrays that trust, like with all the PC BS, then that person should
be put on permanent moderation until a time they can again be trusted.
A reminder is moderation to a subject is censorship, but this isn't a
free-speech zone. There are other groups to discuss politics, PC,
religion,...
I still remember the free-speech zone at my university.
