You have to have the CD - although updates are downloadable from our website. If you have the original version, without Pick'Em, you can download that game from our site.
There IS now an updated version - Version l.1 - available if you order through our website. This new version contains all the updates, including Pick'Em. Be aware, however, that all resellers still have the first version, which will require you to download Pick'Em - however, when they sell their present stock, they will then have the new version.
