It sounds like we have been talking to different people at the Frontier.
When Phil Ruffin bought the hotel the requirements for a suite was 450
points and a room was 200 points. For more than a year after the purchase
comp policy changed many, many times. During that period I was quoted from
300 points to 2000 points for a suite. Because of this I started asking my
host or the marketing director for that weeks comp policy before every trip
and writing down what they said and the date. Twice the comp policy changed
between the time I made my reservation and the time I arrived. In the year
2002 I asked 3 times. Each time I was told 400 points for a room and 1000
points for a suite. This is why I find it odd that they have increased their
offers to me.
