From the airport to Main Street Station

Are there any more economical ways to get from the airport to Main
Street Station other than getting a cab? Thank you so much for any
help.

There are shuttle's from the airport that cost about 10 bucks a person. Use the bigger companies, my wife and I had a bad problem with one of the smaller one's about two years ago.
If you dont have a lot of luggage, you can take the 103 bus from Level Zero of the airport. A friend did that last year. It goes to the Downtown Transport Center, about two block's from Main Street Station, and my friend said it took about an hour and 15 minutes for about $1.50. Dont go after dark, especially if your alone. The neighborhood's not too nice.

108 or 109 are the buses from airport. Night no issue whatsoever.

It's been a while, but the bus fare was $1.10 then. Both the #108 and #109 go downtown, but by slightly different routes. The downtown terminal is where you get off, and it's just a very short block from Main Street Station. A bad neighborhood? Not at all, JMHO! I travel light enough, and the bus is just fine for me. I would travel so light that I didn't have to check in any luggage, which meant I could get off the airplane and just walk the distance to the bus place (lowest level, at the other end of the airport). I suppose it depends on just when you do it, but the trip takes about an hour, on average. In fact, the last stop for the #108 is right across the street from Main Street Station, in front of the California, so you can skip the terminal.

I have had continued success with Showtime shuttles. Wait time is much
less than with Grey Line, the big shuttle company.
