Fremont & MSS combined club

My husband and I used to have a joint account at MSS.
We each had a card with our own name and the exact
same account number. The new cards we got a couple of
months ago have numbers on them different by one
digit. And we each received a separate mailer for the
first time for November. I'm not sure if this will
affect visitors as well as locals. You may not be
playing on the same account anymore if you each use
your own card.

Is it generally better to have two accounts or only
one for a husband and wife? I have two at Casino
Royale so we can each get two free rooms a month,
including weekends and they accept Saturday arrivals.
Using Jean Scott's recommended machine, I recently
made platinum at Harrahs (got bored playing the five
line JOB before I made diamond). Specifically, should
I get my wife a separate account at Harrahs?

there are three kinds of people in this world. Those that make things happen! Those that watch things happen! and those that don't know what's happening!

A general rule is that it depends on how much play you're
talking about, the requirements of the particular casino, and
whether a casino looks at joint accountees seperately for
mailings and comps.

If you know the formula a casino uses for awarding comps
and bounce back cash, it's easy to decide between joint or
individual accounts. Just do the math. If you don't (Palms,
Hard Rock etc.) you just have to make educated guesses
and experiment.

Separate accounts serve a number of purposes , so do multiple players on 1 account...

1. Use one account as a short play account. Use this account on days that your play
would be such as to reduce your average.

2. Use 2 accounts to receive multiple offers.

3. Have 2 people on one account to increase your daily average and receive better offers.

It all depends on your goals and casino requirements.
