Freeplay cutbacks

i was wondering if the cutbacks mentioned so often here were limited to las
vegas cet properties. they don't apply here in the insular harrah's
cherokee. as an example, between 3/5 and 3/15 i have $2400 in free play.
no, i'm not a whale. my current rc's are 215,000 (high for me--i've had a
good two months).

So, you're getting $4800/month for 100,000 points per month or one million coin in per month? Is that all video poker play or some slot play mixed in? By the way, if you have a 7 stars card you are a whale, maybe not a 7 stars whale, but as far as other casinos are concerned, you're a whale. You should show that 7 stars card to other casinos and see what they will match you with. Sometimes the 7 stars card is worth more at other casinos than it is at Caesars.

Agonpd said RCs (reward credits --- which are the amount of credits earned but not redeemed) and NOTI responded as though he said Tier Credits (which refers to the amount earned since Jan 1. Perhaps Agonpd did mean Tier Credits and just made a typo. I don't know.

even if 215000 is a tier credit score, it does not represent $2,150,000 coin-in, as NOTI inferred. If you earn 5,000 RCs in a day, you end up with 15,000 Tier Credits as you get a bonus of 10,000 Tier Credits. there are smaller bonuses for lesser amounts of play, but the size of the offers indicates that probably Agonpd regularly exceeds 5,000 RCs a day. Also, for the first three months of 2015, your first 50,000 Tier Credits (including bonuses received) are doubled.

Even with the apples and oranges confusion in the post, the last three sentences of NOTI's post contain valuable information and should be considered by anyone not currently doing that.

correct on two levels. we receive bonus points which do not represent coin
through.

i was referring, of course, to tier credits.

Sounds like agon is mailed to as a "local". I figure they use something like 250 mi as their radius.

They send their locals something good for almost every day of the calendar. Between Bev and I, I come away from the mailbox with as many as 6 separate mailers, each with FSP for two days each.

From all reports, visitors fare more meagerly.

As a "local", Cherokee is attractive (but other CZR properties draw greater interest/play from me). I'm loathe to see any discussion of their mailers in this fashion.

It's only been a couple months since considerable heat found it's way to the floor when a local "enterprise" had the audacity to run a roadside billboard offering to redeem offers on days you couldn't come into the casino. That caused more than a tizzy.

(btw, agon ... suggest you not offer up more specifics.)

hm. and i thought i was just adding to the conversation to show that not
all casinos cut back on their offers. i tend to be naive ('a freakin'
fool'? thanks, harry) when it comes to conspiracies and Big Brother. but
out of deference to some of these reactions, i will be more discreet in the
future. or just keep my mouth shut so harry doesn't come flamin' at me agin.

We get huge FP coupons from Cherokee for umpteen different days during the month after big play on a Seven Star trip there last summer. Do they think we are going to travel thousands of miles to pick them up? Don’t they notice our Las Vegas home address?
