Free Rooms & Free play question

Hello there
Quick question, I typically play & stay off the strip or downtown when I come to Vegas and rarely play at the strip hotels. We recently received an offer for 3 nights comped at a strip property with $75 in free play. This is typically close to what I get elsewhere. The only reason I am considering this hotel is the pool area (my wife is not much of a gambler and the downtown casinos we stay at dont have pools). If we choose to stay at this strip location and we dont really play too much (they do have 9/6 DB in the 25 cent denomination) could we be on the hook for anything at the end of the stay? We would probably play the free play and a ltitle more, but most of the gambling would occure elsewhere. If not getting a future offer would be the biggest issue, I am not to concerned about that.
thanks for any help!

I have a guess on who the property is on this one. It pays to read the fine
print and make sure you know what you're getting into, but generally no, you
would not be on the hook for anything. It definitely won't endear you to the
casino, but these types of offers are becoming increasingly common.
