I have read somewhere that there is a shuttle to Green Valley Ranch
which leaves you five or seven miles short. That's a fair country
walk. I haven't seen anything going to Monte Lago. You might
consider renting an economy/compact car. You can find daily rates of
$18 for a Toyota Corolla and taxes and fees will push it to about
$21. When you add the convenience of going where you want when you
are ready to the low daily rate and weigh that against lost time
waiting, ride fares, and tips there is for me a powerful argument for
renting a car. Even if it is for a day or two, go visit those
outlaying places you want to. Driving around LV can't be much worse
than most cities if you stay off the Strip at night. We have decided
to rent a car for the first time ever in LV just to "do it our way"
when we visit next week.
Just something to think about.
