free computer use at Harrah's properties

According to a posting on the casino_comps yahoogroup, you can get free
interent access (and perhaps other services) by showing your Total Reward card at
Harrah's properties business centers. Sounds too good to be true. Can
anyone confirm?

I have stayed at Harrah's in Atlantic City several times within the
last couple of years. There is Intenet access in the room, but costs
something like $10 (may be $15) per day.

When it is not free even in the room, I doubt it is free at the
business center. Nevertheless, next time I am there (pretty soon), I
will try to find out.

In response to this, I said that intenet access is not free even for
hotel guests, and as such may not be at the business center. This is at
Atlantic City.

However, policies at other locations may be different. It seems to me,
reading what is posted here, that the freebies, comps, and double-
triple point offers are better and more widely offered at LA than at AC.

The Diamond Lounge at Caesers LV has 4 computer stations for general use. I did not ask
(nor notice) whether they have internet access for one's personal laptops.

Wanting to use a computer with Internet access during the DL's closed
hours at the Rio, I went to the Business Center hoping to use one
there. It was NOT free to use (I am Diamond), and in fact, was very
expensive; if memory serves right, it was $1 per minute with a minimum
charge of 15 minutes.
