Frank's Las Vegas Radio Show

Hi folks, it's Frank Kneeland. I was asked to guest host the KLAV Talk-Radio show "Peter J. Shield's World of Unexplained Mysteries" at 10 PM Saturday nights on AM 1230 for the next two weeks, while he's on vacation.

The dates will be Saturday the 18th and 25th.

My guests will include:

Jean Scott--Author of The Frugal Gambler Series

Michael Shackleford--Owner and operator of Wizardofodds.com

John & Laurie--Former managers of the MIT Blackjack Team

Randi Farell Vasquez--A clinical psychologists specializing in addiction therapy.

And a "special" guest that turned gambling addiction into a profitable career, rather than having to stop completely.

We will be talking about gaming in Las Vegas and how it's changed over the years, as well as where we see it going in the future...and the mysteries of the gamblers mind.

Telephone numbers to CALL IN during the show
(Saturday-10pm till 11pm)
Studio - 702-731-1230:
Toll Free from anywhere in the world - 1 866-820-5528

If this goes well, I may do a weekly show of my own. So I encourage everyone to call in with their best questions!

Sincerely,

Frank Kneeland--Former Progressive Slot Team Manager and author of "The Secret World of Video Poker Progressives".

Frank,

Am I correct in assuming that's 10PM in the Pacific time zone, 1AM here in the
East?

Sounds like the shows should be interesting, will try to listen in.

Good luck - hope you do get your own show.

Thanks,

Guru

I actually have a physical radio by Acoustic Research in the bedroom that we
listen to. It connects by WiFi to my network and there is a free service on the
computer that manages the stations we want to have as "favorites" It looks just
like a regular clock radio and also has AM/FM and several other functions. We
got it because we get NO radio reception after dark in our area except one NPR
station on FM.

But you can listen to the show on your computer, for free, byt using this URL,
which is the live stream page for KLAV:

I have just finished posting the radio shows I have done so far, and one that is yet to air at:

https://www.progressivevp.com/videos_and_podcasts.php

Tonight I'll be airing the first half of the M.I.T. Blackjack Team interview, and I'll have a psychologist on to discuss problem gambling as it pertains to people who are winning, rather than losing.

To my knowledge, this will be a first.

Call in if you have questions:
