Can any one tell me what strategy adjustments to make going from 4700 to 4000

Can any one tell me what strategy adjustments to make going from

4700 to 4000

full pay jokers wild

a one card royal draw is reduced by 700/48
a two card royal draw is reduced by 700/(48x47/2)
a three card royal draw is reduced by 700/(48x47x46/(3x2))
a four card royal draw is reduced by 700/(48x47x46x45/(4x3x2))
