It is highly unlikely that you'll find mention of dollar FPDW here. For a
strong player, that's roughly a $30/hour positive EV. VP plays at that level
are generally kept secret to help prevent a locust-like storm of professional
teams from monopolizing the machines until the host casino becomes
aggravated enough to remove the play.
Information regarding single-line quarter FPDW is freely exchanged because
the hourly EV is low enough to be of no interest to those who would burn down
the game like that.
