FPDW vs NSUD

I was wondering if anyone ever knowingly selects the NSUD pay table
of deuces wild even if a full pay version of deuces wild is available
in the same casino.
I would think that if anyone played a less than full pay JoB machine
when a full pay version is available in the same casino they would not
be considered a very smart video poker play.
After reading some posts, it appears NSUD is the game of choice for
some experience VP players. It is my understanding that there are no
three or five play versions of full pay deuces wild and that could be
one reason. Maybe another reason is that there are not many full pay
deuces machines greater than the $.25 denomination. Are there any
other reasons for chosing the NSUD pay schedule of Deuces Wild? Would
an advantage player first make sure there are no full pay versions
available in the casino before playing NSUD?
I have learned and have practice the differences in stratgy between
these two versions. I find it is not difficult to move from one pay
schedule to the other. Also, from reading posts, it appears full pay
deuces are becoming harder to find and someday there might not be a
choice. Most full pay versions of deuces wild I have see are the $.25
denomination "older" coin droppers.

Just curious,
Bob

The reason is that, combined with a promotion, NSUD gives the
greatest
earnings potential. This is because the NSUD is available at higher
denominations and multiple lines, while FPDW is found only on single
line $.25 games.

Lets say an adequately bankrolled player goes to the Suncoast on a
double point day...and plays the $5 NSUD...at 800 hands per
hour...earnings potential is in the $60 per hour range, plus
bounceback
cash, dinners, etc.

Other casinos have the NSUD on $1/$2 3play/5play machines (e.g.
Palms).

The key is that the play on the NSUD is combined with a promotion,
thus
raising the EV to over 100%.

That's my reason!

I work the counter in the Gambler's Book Club. Not too long ago Bob
Dancer was in the GBC and he and I were discussing VP at the Palms. He
told me that he regularly played $2 NSU Deuces there. His reason was
that the Palms' VP comp rates are higher for non-postive EV games and
therefore he could attain a higher total return by playing the slightly
negative EV NSU Deuces. I do not recall whether he said that he only
played on double point or better days. It may be that he plays NSU
Deuces there even on non-double point days.
