John,
Here is the link to the vpFREE changes chart:
http://members.cox.net/vpfree/CDDW.htm

There are a few changes that I feel can increase your return that are not on
it so I am pasting the sheet that I use here. Remember that these are just
the changes that you make that would conflict with the strategy that you use
for FPDW. There are cases in NSU with no deuces in the hand that you would
play a 2-cd STFL draw, and also a suited AT, however the gain is miniscule
and the penalty card effects are tough to spot and still play at a
reasonable speed. Here is my chart.

0 DEUCES
4 FLUSH > PAIR
2 PAIR> 1 PAIR
3 STFL, OPEN, 567s-9TJs, 0 or 1 PEN > 1 PAIR
ALL 3 STFL. OPEN > ST 4 OPEN
ALL 3 STFL w 0,1, or 2 GAPS > 10 Js,10 Qs, &J Qs
2 ROYAL K HI w 2 PEN IS PLAYABLE
A34s,A35s,& A45s IS PLAYABLE

1 DEUCE
ACE Hi 3 CARD ROYAL w 2 PEN >2 ONLY
3 STFL (2+56s) OR HIGHER > 2 ONLY
3 STFL w 1 GAP (2+57s OR HIGHER) > 2 ONLY
4 STFL w 0 OR 1 GAP > STRAIGHT *
4 ST OPEN 567-TJQ > 2 ONLY
3 STFL w 0 OR 1 PEN (2+45s) > 2
HOLD ALL MADE FLUSHES
    * HOLD BOTH 1 GAP 6 HIGH STRAIGHTS

2 DEUCES
4 SF w 0 GAP (22+45s-22+9Ts)
4 SF w 1 GAP (22+57s-22+9Js)

3 DEUCES
HOLD ALL 5 OF A KIND

If you have any ?'s, feel free.

Due to a list member question via private email, I thought that I should
address the question on the board. The following entry in my initial post
is technically not completely true:

1 DEUCE
HOLD ALL MADE FLUSHES

What I had in mind when making this statement was concerning straight flush
draws, not wild royal draws. When playing FPDW and you are dealt a single
deuce and 4 flush cards, and 3 of those cards are consecutive and 567 or
higher, you would drop the out of sequence flush card preferring the 4 card
straight flush draw over the made flush. In NSU, because of the extra coin
paid on a flush, 15 instead of 10, you would not do this and keep the made
flush. Since this was a change from FPDW, and this is what the whole sheet
is about, I included it. However, in NSU, if you are dealt a deuce and, as
an example, 4c Tc Kc Ac, it is definitely a made flush, but obviously you
would not keep it, but would drop the 4 preferring the 4 card wild royal
draw. Since this stuff is so ingrained in my old brain and I consider
straight flush and wild royal draws as two separate hand types, technically
this is a made flush that is not kept. Another reason that I never gave it
a thought is that in both games one would play a 1 deuce 4 card wild royal
draw over the made flush, so there is not change in strategy between FPDW
and NSU on that hand. My apologies if I misled anyone.
